Qube Net Refund Policy

1. The broadband internet services are provided on a pre-paid model.
2. The plans opted by the subscriber are not cancellable except under extraordinary circumstances.
3. No refund of subscription in any form shall be allowed unless under extraordinary circumstances. 4. If approved for refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
